Dealing with High Conflict Opposing Counsel
I thought this course was very helpful. However, I wish had also dealt with counsel (whom I have encountered) who manufacture rage, etc. even though they apparently do not have high conflict personalities. Also, although the lecturer said that you attached papers expanding on some of his points, you are not providing them.

Dealing with High Conflict People in Court
I tend to fly off the handle. The indirect approach to conflict resolution, deflecting the issues, court civility, firm policy on delayed payment, quoting the law, were key points for me. Calmness and patience were paramount.

Dealing with Sociopaths in Family Law
Very informative and use of real-life examples was hugely helpful.
